Louisiania U.S. Sen. Mary Landrieu, former Maryland Lt. Gov. Kathleen Kennedy Townsend and S.C. Education Superintendent Jim Rex will speak to the S.C. delegation at its Tuesday morning breakfast.

Monday, former Secretary of State Madeline Albright spoke to the S.C. delegation.

Wednesday, Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick will speak.
