The last of John Edwards' eight S.C. delegates said she has yet to make up her mind which candidate she will support at the Democratic convention.
Marilyn Hemingway of Georgetown said she is giving Edwards' endorsement some thought, but will not make a decision now. Hemingway and Barnwell resident Tim Moore said they will defer a decision until later.
"I am giving serious consideration of his decision to endorse Senator Barack Obama for President and his endorsement will influence my choice for president," Hemingway said in a written statement. "However, I am not prepared at this time to state the candidate that will receive my vote as a national delegate. The issues facing this nation are very important to me as is my vote for the next President of the United States of America. Whomever I support will receive my full support as the Democratic party unites and moves to victory in November."

Coward. Who is damaging her own party.

If Edwards and Obama are successful in swiping the presidential nomination with the present daily Obama superdelegate endorsements with fabricated fluff, there is no hope the "Democratic party unites and moves to victory in November." Instead, in November, Obama will crash and burn and the Democratic Party will be a train wreck.

I have just signed the petition to replace South Carolina's standard of "minimally adequate education" with new language in our state constitution requiring the state to establish, organize and support public institutions of learning that will provide a high quality education, allowing each student to reach his highest potential.
