Thompson to embark on 11-day S.C. bus tour

Republican presidential hopeful Fred Thompson will be in S.C. Tuesday to begin an 11-day bus tour of the state. The Thompson campaign informed supporters via e-mail of the stops the candidate plans to make during the first two days of the tour.

Thompson's schedule is as follows:

This is going to be great. People need to get out there and hear Fred.

Polls show Huckabee ahead and Huckabee is soft on illegal immigration and I don't think Huckabee has the abililty to appear tough to our enemies.

Huck is running on his past for being a preacher but that's not going to be enough for this war on terror that we are facing.

Fred Thompson is the true conservative running and he won't let the democrats push him around.

Get out there and see for yourself folks, give Fred you ear and your vote!

I have been to one of Fred Thompson's stops in another state and was greatly impressed with the man! His statements come from the heart and you can tell they were well thought out. I have also been impressed with his deep answers in the debates. His stance on illegal immigration makes more sense than anyone elses and will actually work to make the immigrants leave on their own. If they cannot get jobs, food stamps or low income housing why and how will they state here? Right now the US is like a magnet drawing them in. With his plan it will de-magnatize us and repel them. I also like that he has the National Right to Life endorsement and his strong plans to strengthen the military and lower taxes. But I guess what I like best is that factcheck.org has not found mis-statements, deception or out in out lies in any of the debates or his ads like they have in the rest. I want to know that the words coming out of our president's mouth are truthful. I bet when you check him out at one of these stops you will see what I am talking about!

Obama scares me, ever heard about his current minister? Huckabee isn't honest about his past record. Fred Thompson is a true believer in America and what is right. War on terror: you can't get any strong than Fred. Huckabee says President Bush has an arrogant Bunker mentality and that we need to bring prisoners from Guantanomo to the US to give them the same rights as our prisoners. Scary thought to have possible terrorist up for parole in our country!
