what you need to go look at is this video on youtube and see the comments on there!!!
my daughter was MURDERED by two underage drunk drivers AND the 3 adults that provided alcohol to MINORS. NO ONE WAS EVER CHARGED IN THE DEATH OF MY CHILD. i have been ignored for FIVE years now by the state of SOUTH CAROLINA to pass "kelli's law" i bet no one reading this is even aware that our state highway freakin patrol does NOT carry a field breathalyzer device like every other state in the nation. and people wonder why SC is 3rd in the NATION for DUI fatalities?!!!!!!!!!!! please go read the comments on youtube and please see kelli's videos.

Is he just going to use the SCHP dash-cam footage of Andre again?

SCHP dash-cam? they dont carry a dash-cam.
thats one of the reason's they dont use a field breathalyzer, because they have to video tape them using it.
our state is all kinds of messed up.
