Republican presidential hopeful John McCain on Wednesday announced the creation of a South Carolina committee that will advise him on social issues.
McCain, a U.S. senator from Arizona, said that S.C. Sen. Mike Fair, R-Greenville, will lead the S.C. chapter of Americans of Faith.
The committee includes:
Rev. Jerry DuBose, pastor of Holy Apostles Episcopal Church in Barnwell.
Rev. Jerry Berry, pastor of Grace Covenant in West Columbia
Carl Falk, chairman of Palmetto Family Council
J.D. Martin, former chairman of the S.C. Policy Council
Bob Wilson, chairman of the board of trustees of Greenville Technical College and a trustee of Greenville's Bob Jones University.
