National Bank of South Carolina hires commercial risk manager

Richard Spencer has joined the National Bank of South Carolina as commercial risk manager for the Central Region, the company said. Spencer graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor of science in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration.  He is also a graduate of Leadership Columbia and the School of Banking of the South.
