CarterTodd & Associates hires senior art director

Grant Hughes has joined CarterTodd & Associates, a public relations and marketing agency, as senior art director, the company said. Grant previously has worked with companies such as Ellett Brothers, i2 Media Group, Peregrine Press and Kinko’s. He has also worked as a freelance designer and illustrator.
